Cocktail juice
Classic cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon or Rye whiskey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
Orange peel
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters onto the sugar cube.
Muddle the sugar and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.
Add a few ice cubes to the glass.
Pour the whiskey over the ice.
Stir gently to combine.
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist. Drop the peel into the glass.
Optionally, you can garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Serve and enjoy responsibly!
Tips:
Use a good quality Bourbon or Rye whiskey for the best flavor.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar, depending on your preference.
Some people prefer to use a large ice cube or sphere to chill the drink without diluting it too quickly.
Feel free to experiment with different types of bitters or variations of this recipe to suit your taste preferences.
