Coconut chutney recipe for rice:
Let’s start making coconut chutney in a easy way:
Ingredients:
Coconut:1 cup
Green chillies:6-10 or as per preference
Salt:as required
Garlic:3-4
Cumin:1tsp
Tamarind:1 cup
Coriander leaves:as required
Oil(as required)
Instructions:
First of all soak tamarind in a water
Take a pan add oil when become hot
Add cumin seeds saute it then add garlic again saute it.
Now add green chillies saute it again.
Take another pan and dry roast coconut
Let all ingredients cool down.
Take a grinder jar add sauted cumin seeds,garlic,green chillies,coconut(roasted),salt ,coriander leaves and tamarind soaked grind it .
Coconut chutney is ready serve with rice
