Ingredients:
For Dabeli Masala:
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 dried red chilies
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
4-5 black peppercorns
1 black cardamom
1 small bay leaf
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
For Dabeli Filling:
4 large boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp Dabeli masala (from above)
2 tbsp tamarind-date chutney
Salt to taste
For Assembling:
Dabeli pav (small burger buns)

sev (thin gram flour vermicelli)
Instructions:
1. Dabeli Masala:
Dry roast all the ingredients for the masala until they release their aroma.
Let it cool, then grind into a fine powder.
2. Dabeli Filling:
Mix boiled and mashed potatoes with Dabeli masala, chopped cilantro, grated coconut, chopped onions, roasted peanuts, and salt.
