Ingredients:

1 pound (450g) mushrooms, cleaned and tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Season:

Finish Cooking:

Continue cooking the mushrooms until they are golden brown and cooked through. This may take another 5-7 minutes.

Ingredients:

8 oz (about 225g) of your favorite pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound (about 450g) mushrooms, sliced
