Ingredients:

1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms (optional)

2 tablespoons finely chopped spring onions

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with

2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

1 liter vegetable or chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons oil

Handful of fried noodles for garnish

Instructions:
