It made by marinating chicken & adding secret masala then perfectly frying it  ,At Dave’s Hot chicken Restaurant customers can choose their like heat level hot,medium, mild or extra hot, chicken is served with bread like sandwich, The Dave’s hot chicken also offers side dishes such as cheese, macaroni, kaleslaw & French fries.

Easy method of making Dave’s hot chicken Recipe

This is a general recipe of Dave's hot chicken the spice masala used for marination 
is a secret recipe,

  • 8 Boneless chicken (Breasts ( skin less))
  • Oil (For frying )
  • 2 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Cayenne pepper (as )
  • 2 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 Cup All purpose flour (Maida )
  • 2 Cup Buttermilk

To make Hot sauce

  • 1 Cup Vegetables oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cayenne pepper
  1. First take a big mixing bowl add chicken wash it
  2. Add Butter milk, keep this for 1 hour minimum or you can keep this overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Take another bowl add salt, Black pepper powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, all purpose flour mix all these ingredients.
  4. Now take a pan or kadai for deep frying.
  5. First Remove chicken from butter milk, Remove if any buttermilk on chicken now put chicken on flour mixture
  6. After that fry chicken on hot oil until chicken become golden brown.
  7. The internal temperature should be 165F ( 74c).
  8. Then remove chicken from oil & add it on kitchen towel or paper towel to remove excess oil.
  9. Now we make sauce.
  10. Take sauce pan add vegetables oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, cayenne pepper.
  11. Stir well put on flame on low flame.
  12. After 5 minute turn off flame.
  13. Hot sauce is ready
  14. Serve chicken hot with white bread & pickles for authentic Nashville _style hot chicken

Taxas chicken Recipe or Taxas BBQ chicken

Taxas chicken recipe comes from state of Taxas Let’s start making Taxas chicken Recipe.

Ingredients

8   chicken leg quarters

Vegetables oil ( for grilling)

Salt as required

Black pepper powder as required

1   tsp cayenne pepper

2    tsp chilli powder

2    tsp onion powder

4    tsp garlic powder

4    tsp smoked paprika

4    Tablespoon Brown sugar

4    Tablespoon Worcestershitre sauce

1/2   Cup apple cider vinegar

2   Cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

First of all take a bowl add salt, Black pepper powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, barbeques sauce mix well.

Now take a chicken wash well add chicken in resealable bag now add marinated mixture on chicken.

Seal the bag & put this in refrigerator for atleast 2 hour or overnight ( if  you put overnight it’s best).

Now Preheat grill . Brush oil on grill grates.

Take chicken from marination

Add chicken on grill cook 8_10 minute.

Add left marination on chicken at last few minutes.

Cook chicken until internal temperature reach at 165F ( 74c).

When chicken turn golden brown remove it in a plate.

Texas Barbeque chicken is ready.

You can serve this with potato salad, baked beans, caleslaw or corn bread.

Chicken Fila recipe or

Chicken fillet recipe

Ingredients 

8   boneless chicken ( skinless)

Vegetables oil ( for frying)

4  Tablespoon milk

4   eggs

1/2   tsp black pepper powder

1   tsp onion powder

1   tsp garlic powder

2    tsp paprika

2   tsp salt

2    Cup all purpose flour

Instructions

First of all take a bowl add Black pepper powder onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt & flour mix well.

Take another bowl add milk & eggs whisk it until it all combine well.

Take a frying pan add vegetables oil for deep frying.

Take chicken breast first add it in flour mixture then dip it egg mixture.

Carefully add chicken breast in hot oil, fry all sides.

When chicken become golden brown & internal temperature is 165F ( 74c).

Remove it in a pepper towel or kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

Chicken fillet is ready serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, barbeque sauce & your favorite dipping sauce.

Chicken Tikka inn recipe

Ingredients

1   kgs boneless chicken (cut)

Salt as required

1  Cup yogurt

4   Tablespoon lemon juice

1   tsp garam masala powder

1   tsp red chilli powder

1/2   tsp turmeric powder

2   tspn paprika

4   tsp ground coriander

4   tsp ground cumin

4   tsp garlic paste

4   tsp ginger paste

4  Tablespoon olive oil

4   Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Take a  Big mixing bowl add salt garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ginger paste, garlic paste, olive oil, lemon juice & yogurt mix well & make a fine paste for marination.

Take chicken pieces wash well add chicken in marination mixture now cover the bowl wrap or cover with lid.

Put it in refrigerator for minimum 2 hour or you can put overnight for best results.

Now Preheat grill gress some oil on grill.

Now add chicken on grill & carefully cook all sides of chicken.

When chicken turn golden brown remove it in a plate.

Chicken Tikka Inn recipe is ready serve with chutney or any other favorite sauce.

Nene chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1  kgs chicken drumsticks or wigs

1/2  Cup cornstarch

1   Cup all purpose flour

Oil for frying

1/2   Cup butter milk

1/2   tsp ginger powder

1/2   tsp paprika

1   tsp garlic powder

1  tsp black pepper powder

1   tsp salt

To make sauce

1   Tablespoon sesame oil

1   Tablespoon minced garlic

1    Tablespoon rice vinegar

2  Tablespoon honey

2   Tablespoon ketchup

2   Tablespoon soya sauce

1/4  Cup Korean red pepper paste.

For garnish

Chopped scallions

Toasted sesme seeds.

Instructions

First of all take a mixing bowl add ginger powder, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, cornstarch, and purpose flour mix well until all combine.

Now take another bowl add butter milk & chicken mix well then remove chicken from butter milk.

Remove any extra buttermilk then dip this chicken in flour mixture, put it in flour mixture 10-15 minutes to coat.

Now take a frying pan for deep frying add oil when oil become hot add chicken.

When chicken become golden brown remove it in a plate.

You can put chicken on paper towel or kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

Now we prepare sauce.

Take a sauce pan add sesame oil, minced garlic rice vinegar, honey, ketchup, soya sauce, Korean red chilli pepper paste

Put this sauce on low flame

Stir continuously when sauce become thick then turn off flame

Take large bowl add fried chicken in it & add sauce on chicken

Toss or mix chicken with sauce

Make sure chicken is coated with sauce

Add chopped scallions & sesame seeds as garnish.
