schezwan is a Chinese cuisine that comes from Southwestern China. It’s a spicy flavor cuisine. Popular Schezwan recipes is “Kung pao chicken & “Mapo Tofu ” schezwan is famous in all over world.

Let’s start making some dishes of Schezwan

Schezwan chutney

Let’s start making schezwan chutney

Ingredients 

1)  Salt as required

2)  1/2  tsp sugar

3)  1  Tablespoon tomato ketchup

4)  1 Tablespoon vinegar

5) 1 Tablespoon soya sauce

6) Tablespoon vegetable oil

7) 1 Tablespoon schezwan pepper corn

8) 1 inch peeled ginger

9) 6 garlic cloves

10) 11_12 dried red chilli pepper

Instructions 

1 ) First of all wash dried red chillies than soak it in warm water 20_25 minutes

2) Take a dry pan add schezwan pepper corn saute it for a minute, carefull don’t burn it

3) Now take out dried red chillies from water, keep water for grinding

4) if you want to reduce spiciness remove seeds

5)Take a blender jar add soaked red chilli, Roasted schezwan pepper corn, peeled ginger & garlic cloves, add little soaking water & grind it

6) Take a pan put on flame add vegetables oil

7) Add ground chilli paste saute it

8) When oil start separating, reduce flame to low add salt, sugar, tomato ketchup, vinegar & soya sauce mix well

9) Cook it 3_4 minutes when chutney reaches your liked consistency turn off flame

10) Let’s cool down when it cool down transfer the chutney in air tight container

11) keep it in refrigerator you can use this chutney in snacks dip or any other dishes you can serve

Schezwan sauce Recipe

Let’s start making schezwan sauce recipe

ingredients 

1) 1 cup water

2) 1 tsp salt

3) 2 Tablespoon Brown sugar or honey

4) 2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup

5) 2 Tablespoon vinegar

6) 2 Tablespoon soya sauce

7) 4 Tablespoon vegetable oil

8) 2 inch peeled ginger

9) 16_20 garlic cloves

10) 2 Tablespoon schezwan pepper corn

11) 20_22 red chilli pepper

instructions 

1) First of all wash red chillies and soak it 20_25minutes

2) Now take a pan put on flame add schezwan pepper corn saute it for a minute don’t burn it

3) Now remove red chillies from water & keep aside water and red chillies

4) if you want to reduce spiciness remove seeds of red chillies

5) Take a blender jar add red chillis, schezwan pepper corn, peeled ginger & garlic cloves add red chillis soak water and grind it

6) Take a pan put on flame add oil now add ground chutney

7) When oil start separating low the heat

8) Now add salt, honey or brown sugar tomato ketchup, vinegar, & soya sauce mix well

9) When all ingredients mixed well turn off flame

10) When sauce become cool Add it in a airtight container

11) schezwan sauce is ready you can use this sauce in fried rice, noodles & fries

Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

Let’s start making schezwan fried rice recipe

ingredients 

1) 4 cup cooked basmati rice

2) 1 cup mix vegetables ( corn, capsicum, carrot etc)

3) 1 cup cooked protein (cooked,chicken or meat)

4) 4 Tablespoon schezwan sauce

5) Salt as required

6) 4-5 spring onion Chopped

7) 1 tsp Schezwan pepper corn

8) 2 Tablespoon ginger minced

9) 2 Tablespoon garlic minced

10) 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

11) 4 Tablespoon soya sauce

12) Coriander leaves

Instructions 

1) First of all take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot

2) Add ginger minced & garlic minced saute it

3) Next add spring onions again saute it

4) Now add mix vegetables & cooked well

5) Than  Schezwan sauce, salt, Schezwan pepper corn & soya sauce mix well

6) When all ingredients mixed well

7) Add cooked rice add coriander leaves mix well & cover it

8) Cook on low flame 5_10 minutes after that turn off flame

9) Rest it again 10 minutes don’t remove lid

10) After 10 minutes remove lid

11) schezwan Fried rice is ready

12) you can serve Schezwan fried rice with chilli paneer,Manchuria, gravy or other Chinese dishes

Schezwan Noodles

Let’s start making schezwan Noodles

ingredients 

1) Salt As Required

2) 2 tsp sugar

3) 2 Tablespoon vinegar

4) 2 Tablespoon soya sauce

5) 4-5  Tablespoon Schezwan sauce

6) 2  cup mix vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, carrot etc)

7) 4 garlic cloves minced

8) 2 inch ginger minced

9) 2 medium onion slices

10) 400 grams Noodles

11) 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

12) spring onions for garnish

Instructions 

1) First of all Boiled Noodles & keep aside

2) Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot

3) Add minced garlic & ginger  saute it

4) Now add onion saute it when onion changes its color add mix well

5) When vegetables cooks & become crunchy

6) Than in a pan keep vegetables aside Now add  salt, vinegar, soya sauce, Schezwan sauce mix well

7) Now add vegetables in sauce mixture mix all together

8) Add boiled Noodles in it mix all together cook another 5 minutes

9) Add spring onions as a garnish turn off flame

10) Schezwan Noodles is ready.

Chings Schezwan chutney Recipe

Let’s start making Chings schezwan chutney recipe

INGREDIENTS 

1) 10-15 dried red chilli pepper

2) Salt as required

3) 1/2  tsp sugar

4) 1/2 Tablespoon vinegar

5) 1/2 Tablespoon soya sauce

6) 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

7) 1/2  inch ginger

8) 2_3 garlic cloves

Instructions 

1) First of all wash dried chillies soak it in warm water for 30 minutes

2) After that take a blender jar add dried red chillies (soaked) ,ginger, garlic cloves blend it and make a smooth paste

3) Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot

4) Add ground paste mix well

5) When oil start separating turn  flame to low

6) Add salt, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce mix well

7) When all mixed & cooked than turn off flame

8) When chutney became cool transfer chutney in air tight container

9) chings schezwan chutney is ready you can keep this in refrigerator.

Schezwan chicken/ chicken schezwan Recipe

Let’s start making schezwan chicken Recipe

Ingredients 

1) 1 kg boneless chicken (cut in pieces)

2) Salt as required

3) 4-5 Green chilies

4) 2 inch ginger minced

5) 6_8 Garlic Cloves minced

6) 2 carrot, julienned

7) 2 capsicum slices

8) 2 onion slices

9) 1/2 cup water

10) 2 Tablespoon cornstarch

11) 2 tsp sugar

12) 2 Tablespoon soya sauce

13) 4 Tablespoon vegetable oyester sauce

14) 2 Tablespoon soya sauce

15) 4 Tablespoon vegetable oil

16) 4 Tablespoon schezwan sauce

Instructions 

1) First  of  all  take  a bowl  add  cornstarch, sugar, tomato ketchup, oyester sauce, soya sauce, Schezwan sauce & water mix well

2) Now wash the chicken properly add chicken in marination bowl

3) make sure chicken coated with marination, cover it

4) keep this in refrigerator for 1 hour

5) Next take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot add green chilies, ginger and garlic saute it

6) After that add marinated chicken mix well

7) Cook chicken until it become golden brown

8) Than add capsicum, carrot, onion mix well

9) Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetable become crispy

10) Garnish with spring onions turn off flame

11) Schezwan chicken is ready.

Schezwan Fried Rice Masala

Let’s start making schezwan fried rice masala

Ingredients 

1)  20_22  dried red chillies

2) Salt as required

3) 2 tsp sugar

3) 2 Tablespoon vinegar

4) 2 Tablespoon soya sauce

5) 4 Tablespoon vegetable oil

6) 2 inch ginger

7) 6_8 Garlic Cloves

Instructions 

1) First of all wash dried red chillies & soak it in water for 30 minutes

2) After that Remove dried red chillies from water

3) Take a blender jar add ginger garlic & soaked red chillies add  little water grind it and make a smooth paste

4) Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot add ground paste saute it

5) When oil start separating reduce flame to low

6) Add soya sauce,vinegar, sugar, salt mix well

7) When all cooked turn off flame

8) let masala cool down after that transfer the masala in air tight container & put in refrigerator

9) schezwan Fried rice masala is ready, you can use this masala to fried rice.
