Gobi Manchurian Recipe
Let’s start making gobi manchurian Recipe
Ingredients
To make Gobi Fritters
1. 2 Cauliflower ( cut in florets)
2.1/2 cup cornflour
3. 1 cup all purpose flour
4. 2 tablespoon rice flour
5. Oil for deep frying
6. Water (as required)
7. Salt as required
8. 1 tsp garam masala powder
9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
11. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
To make Manchurian sauce
1. Salt as required
2. 1 cup water
3. 2 tablespoon cornflour
4. 1/2 cup water ( to thick sauce)
5. 2 tablespoon vinegar
6. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
7. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
8. 4 tablespoon soya sauce
9. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
10. 1/2 cup onion chopped
11.4_6 green chilies chopped
12. 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
13. 2 tablespoon ginger chopped
14. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
15. Spring onion (green part) Garnish
Instructions
To make Fritters
1. Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, rice flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder & salt mix well
2. Add some Water & make thick paste now take cauliflower florets, add it in batter
3. Make sure Cauliflower florets should coated all side with batter
4. Take a frying pan put on flame add oil for deep frying
5. Add coated cauliflower florets, fry it until it become golden brown remove it in a pepper towel to remove extra oil
6. Now we prepare manchurian sauce for this take a pan put on flame add oil
7. When oil become hot add garlic, ginger & green chilies saute it
8. Next add onion & Capsicum stir few minutes
9. Next add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and vinegar mix well
10. Now add 1 cup water cook 2_4 minutes add cornflour water mixture by continuously mixing it
11. When sauce become thick add fried manchurian florets in sauce mix well
12 . Make sure manchurian balls coated with sauce all side
13. Now add chopped spring onions as garnish.
Veg Manchurian Recipe

Ingredients
To make vegetable balls
1. 2 cup mixed vegetable chopped ( cabbage, carrot, capsicum, beans etc)
2. 1/2 cup spring onions chopped
3. 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
4. 2 tablespoon ginger chopped
5. Vegetable oil for deep frying
6. Water as required
7. Salt as required
8. 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
9. 2 tablespoon cornflour
10. 2 tablespoon soya sauce
11. 2_4 green chilies chopped
To make sauce
1. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2. 2 tablespoon ginger chopped
3. 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
4. 4_6 green chilies chopped
5. 1/2 cup spring onions Chopped
6. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
7. Salt as required
8. 2 cup vegetable broth
9. 2 tablespoon cornflour mix with 1 cup water (to thick sauce)
10. 2 tablespoon vinegar
11. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
12. 2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
13. 4 tablespoon soya sauce
14. Spring onion for garnish
Instructions
To make vegetable balls
1. First of all take large bowl add chopped mix vegetable,salt, all purpose flour, corn flour, soya sauce, green chilies, ginger, garlic, spring onions mix well
2. Add some water & make thick soft paste, make sure this thick paste should become balls
3. Now shape the vegetable mixture into balls & keep aside
4. Take a frying pan put on flame add oil for deep frying when oil become hot
5. When oil become hot add balls fry til it become golden brown
6. Remove it in paper towel to absorb excess oil and keep aside
7. Now we make sauce for this take another pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot
8. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies saute it now add onion & Capsicum saute it again
9. Now add salt, vinegar, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and soya sauce mix well
10. Now add vegetable broth or water & let sauce become thick
11. Now add cornflour water in sauce by mixing it
12. When sauce become thicker add vegetable fried balls
13. Mix it well make sure vegetable balls should coated sauce all sides
14. Garnish with mint spring onion (Chopped green part )
15. Vegetable manchurian is ready serve hot.
Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients
1. 1 kgs chicken boneless( cut in small pieces)
2. 4 tablespoon cornflour
3. 4 tablespoon all purpose flour
4. Vegetable oil for deep frying
5. Salt as required
6. 2 egg ( beaten)
7. 2 tsp soya sauce
8. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
To make sauce
1.2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2. 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
3. 2 tablespoon ginger chopped
4. 4_6 green chilies chopped
5. Salt as required
6. 2 cup chicken broth or water
7. 2 tablespoon cornflour mix with 1 cup water ( to thick sauce)
8. 2 tablespoon vinegar
9. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
10. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
11. 4 tablespoon soya sauce
12. 1/2 cup onion chopped
13. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
14. Spring onion ( chopped) green part
Instructions

9. Add soya sauce chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar & salt mix well
10. Now add chicken broth or water in sauce mix well
11. Next add cornflour mixed water in sauce by continuously mixing to avoid lumps
12. When sauce become thicker add fried chicken mix well
13. Toss very well make sure chicken coated with sauce all side
14. Garnish with chopped green onion spring
15. Chicken manchurian is ready serve hot.
Paneer Manchurian

Ingredients
1. 500 gramspaneer( cut in small cubes)
2. 4 tablespoon all purpose flour
3. 4 tablespoon cornflour
4. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
5. Vegetable oil for deep frying
6. Salt as required
7. Water as required
8. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
10. 2 tsp soya sauce
To make sauce
1. 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2. 2 tablespoon garlic chopped
3. 2 tablespoon ginger chopped
4. 4_6 green chilies chopped
5. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
6. 1/2 cup onion chopped
7. Salt as required
8. 2 cup vegetable broth or water
9. 2 tablespoon cornflour mix with 1 cup water ( to thick soup)
10. 2 tablespoon vinegar
11. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
12. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
13. 4 tablespoon soya sauce
14. Spring onion Chopped green part for garnishing

2. Add some water & make fine batter Now add paneer cubes in batter & coat it all sides
3. Take a frying pan put on flame add oil for deep frying
4. When oil become hot add coated paneer fry it until it become turn golden brown
5. Remove it in a pepper towel now we make sauce for this take another pan
6. Add oil when oil become hot add green chilies, ginger, garlic chopped saute it
7. After that add onion & Capsicum stir well when they change their color
8. Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce,vinegar, chili sauce & salt mix well
9. Add vegetable broth or water mix well now add cornflour water by continuously mixing to avoid lumps
10. When sauce become thicker add paneer fried balls
11. Mix well make sure paneer coated with sauce all sides
12. Garnish with spring onion Chopped green part
13. Paneer manchurian is ready turn off flame serve hot.
