Salty icecream is a different type of  icecream which have saltiness with sweetness with a good balance of flavor. Below is a simple recipe of Salty icecream.

Salty icecream Recipe

Let’s start making Salty icecream recipe

Ingredients 

1. 2 cup whole milk

2. 4 cup heavy cream

3. 1/2  cup granulated sugar

4. 1 tsp salt

5. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

6. Icecream maker

Salty Ice cream

Instructions 

1. First  of  all  take  a  big  mixing  bowl

2. Add milk, heavy cream & granulated sugar      mix well

3. Next add Pure vanilla extract mix well

4. Next add some salt & taste it, add salt      until salt flavor will come

5. If you want to add you can add & taste it

6. Please remember by tasting you have to  add salt

7. Salt flavor and sugar flavor should be balanced

8. Now wrap the bowl with plastic wrap & put it in refrigerator 3_4 hour

9. After that add chilled mixture in ice cream maker

10. After 20_30 minutes add icecream to air tight container

11. Than freez it 6_10 hours or until it fully frozen

12. You can add crushed pretzels, caramel sauce as topping

13. Salty icecream is ready to serve.

Jeni’s icecream Recipe

Let’s start making Jeni’s icecream

Ingredients 

1. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2. 4 Tablespoon light corn syrup

3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

4. 3 cup heavy cream

5. 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

6. 6 tbs cream cheese

7. 2 Tablespoon Corn starch

8. 4 cup whole milk

Instructions 

1. First  of all  take a small bowl add corn starch & 2 Tablespoon of whole milk mix well

2. Take another bowl add cream cheese softened & salt mix well until it become smooth

3. Take a  sauce pan put on flame

4. add whole milk corn syrup,  granulated sugar & heavy cream mix well

5. When boil comes reduce heat to low put on 5 minutes

6. After that Remove sauce pan for heat

7. Now add whole milk & cornstarch mixture in sauce pan

8. Mix well & again put sauce pan in flame

9. Mix continuously to avoid lamps Let the mixture to boil

10. Cook 1to 2 minutes when it become thick

11. Than add boiled mixture in cream cheese bowl

12. Whisk it until it become smooth paste

13. Now add vanilla extract wrap it with plastic wrap

14. Now put this in refrigerator to become chilled 2_3 hour

15. Now add chilled mixture in ice cream maker

16. Next put icecream maker in a airtight container

Tillamook icecream Recipe

Ingredients 

1. 4 cup heavycream

2. 2 cup whole milk

3. 2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

4. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions 

1. first of all take a mixing bowl add whole milk & heavy cream mix well

2. Next add granulated sugar to the mixing bowl

3. When sugar dissolve completely add pure vanilla extract mix well

4. Now wrap the mixing bowl with plastic wrap

5. Keep it for 2 to 3 hour to chilled

6. Next take icecream maker add chilled mixture in it

7. Now add this in a airtight container

8. Next freeze it  for few hours

9. After that Tillamook home made  icecream is ready to serve

Magnum Icecream Recipe

Let’s start making Magnum icecream recipe

Ingredients 

1. 4 cups heavy cream

2. 2 cup whole milk

3. 1/2  cup granulated sugar

4. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

To make chocolate coating

1. 400 grams high quality chocolate ( milk, dark or combination mix) chopped

2. 2 tablespoon Coconut oil

Optional topping

1. Sprinkles  2. Shredded coconut 3. Chopped nuts ( eg hazelnut, peanuts, almonds etc)

Instructions 

1.First of all take a large mixing bowl

2. Add whole milk, heavy cream,  granulated sugar & vanilla extract mix well

3. When sugar disappear cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap

4. Keep this in refrigerator 2_4 hours

5. Than add this chilled mixture in ice cream maker

6. Next put icecream churned in airtight container put it in  freezer to freeze.

7. Now we make chocolate coating for this take bowl that is safe in microwave

8. Add coconut oil & chopped chocolate mix well

9. Add this bowl in microwave & make smooth paste

10. When icecream became frozen take it out

11. Take baking tray add parchment pepper on it

12. With help of icecream scoop make icecream shape bar

13. Place it on baking tray insert popsicle stick in center of of icecream bar

14. After that dip each icecream bar in melted chocolate

15. Coat all side carefully add topping on chocolate coating immediately

16. Next put coated icecream bar on baking sheet

17. Freez it 2-3 hours or until chocolate coating is set to icecream bar

18. Magnum icecream bars is ready.

Fried Icecream Recipe

Let’s start making fried icecream recipe

Ingredients 

1. vanilla  ice cream( your choice of flavor)

2. Canola oil or vegetables oil( for frying )

3. 2 eggs ( beat it)

4. 2 tsp ground cinnamon

5. 3 tablespoon granulated sugar

6. Corn flakes ( 2 cup)

To add on topping

1) Honey 2) Whipped cream 3) chocolate syrup 4) cherries

Instructions 

1. First of all take a baking tray add parchment paper on it

2. Take icecream scoop add icecream on baking tray

3) When all icecream balls add on tray freez it 2-3 hours

4) Take a  bowl  add  cornflakes, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar mix well

5) Take separate bowl add eggs beat it

6) After that take out icecream from freezer dip each icecream in eggs mixture

7) When all icecream ball dipped in egg mixture

8) Next Roll the icecream in corn flakes mixture

9) Next add coated icecream on baking tray

10. Freeze it again 2-3 hours  after that take a frying pan add vegetable oil  when temperature of heat reaches 175 C

11. Carefully add coated icecream ball in oil

12. When it become golden brown immediately remove it

13. Put on paper towel to remove extra oil

14. Add cherries, Whipped cream, chocolate syrup or honey on top

15. Fried icecream is ready.

Natural Icecream Recipe

Let’s start making natural ice cream recipe

Ingredients 

1. 2 cup whole milk

2. 4 cups heavy cream

3. 1 cup granulated sugar

4. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions 

1. take  a mixing  bowl  add whole  milk, heavy cream and granulated sugar mix well

2. When sugar dissappear completely add pure vanilla extract mix well

3. Now wrap the bowl with plastic wrap

4. Put it in refrigerator 2_4 hours

5. When mixture become chilled add it in icecream maker

6. Next transfer churned icecream in airtight container

7. Freez it 6_10 hours

To Make Natural chocolate icecream

Take   frozen milk & cream  mixture add 1/4  cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix well  & froze it ,Natural chocolate icecream.

To make  Natural  Fruit Flavor

Take milk and cream mixture add fresh fruits or frozen fruits  like Mango, peaches, strawberries, mix well  add fruits before churning icecream.

To make Nut flavor  Natural icecream 

Take milk & Cream mixture & add roasted & blended ground nuts hazelnut, almonds & pistachios mix well.

Before churning Natural Nut flavor icecream is ready.
