Sweet corn is also called pole corn & sugar corn grow for human consumption it have high sugar content. Sweet corn have vitamin B9 & have rich in folate. Folate is good for pregnant women for healthy red cells & the body’s development in the womb.
Korean Corn Dog Recipe
Let’s start making Korean corn dog recipe
Ingredients
To make batter
1. 2 cup all purpose flour
2. 3 tablespoon sugar
3. 2 egg
4. 200ml milk
5. 1 tsp baking powder
6. Salt as required
To make filling
1. Hot dog
2. 500 gram mozzarella cheese
3. 20 skewers or chopsticks ( wooden )
To add topping
1. 2 cup frozen bag of fries or diced potato
2. 2 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
1. First of all on sticks add hot dogs & cheese, cheese should be on top & hotdogs on bottom
2. Put it in fridge
3. Next take a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder & sugar mix well
4. Add egg & milk again mix until it become smooth paste
5. Now add this smooth paste in large cup or glass
6. Add this cup in refrigerator .next add panko in plate
7. Now we take deep fryer add oil
8. When oil become hot when it temperature reaches 350F remove hot dogs form fridge
9. First coat this hotdog with smooth batter Now add coated hotdog in oil fry 4-5 minute
10. Or until it become golden crispy fry all sides remove it in a paper towel to remove extra oil
11. Add diced potato or frozen bag of fries as topping Korean corn dog is ready
Sweet corn chaat Recipe

Ingredients
1. 2 cup sweet corn
2. 2 tsp oil or butter
3. Salt as required
4. Lemon juice as required
5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
7. 1 tsp chaat masala powder
8. 4 tsp coriander leaves
9. 4 tablespoon tomatoes chopped
10. Sev ( as garnish)
11. Roasted peanuts (as garnish)
Instructions
1. Take a pan put on flame add water to boil add sweet corn in it
2. When sweet corn become tender than drain its water
3. Take another pan put on flame add oil add boiled sweet corn in oil saute it
4. Add salt, chaat masala powder, cumin powder & also add red chilli powder mix well
5. And keep it to become cool when it become cool Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies chopped lemon juice & coriander leaves mix well
6. Mix well until all become mixture add this mixture in serving bowl sweet corn chaat is ready
Masala corn Recipe

Ingredients
1. 4 cup sweetcorn
2. 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter
3. Salt as required
4. 1 tsp black pepper powder
5. 2 tsp red chilli powder
6. 4 tsp chaat masala powder
7. 4 tsp lemon juice
8. Water as required
Instructions
1. take a pan put on flame add water when water become to boil add sweet corn
2. When sweet corn become tender drain its water & keep aside
3. Take a pan add Unsalted butter add boiled sweet corn, salt, Black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and lemon juice mix well
4. Masala corn is ready serve hot.
Corn Soup Recipe
( Restaurant style)

Ingredients
1. 1 cup sweet corn
2. Water (as required)
3. 1/2 cup corn flour
4. 2 tsp Vinegar
5. 2 tsp black pepper powder
6. Salt as required
7. 1/2 cup beans
8. 1/2 cup carrot chopped
9. 2 tsp tablespoon spring onions
10. 2 inch ginger chopped
11. 4 garlic cloves chopped
12. 4 tsp olive oil
13. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all take a big pan add oilve oil when oil become hot
2. Add ginger & garlic saute it Next add spring onions when onion change its color
3. Add sweet corn,carrot & beans saute it when vegetables cooked slightly
4. Add sweet corn in pan & saute it again now add water in pan
5. Add salt mix cover with lid reduce the heat to low Cook 10-12 minutes slurry
6. Now add bowl add corn flour add water & make slurry
7. Now add slurry in pan by continuously mixing it
8. Avoid becoming lumps, add black pepper powder & vinegar mix it
9. When soup reaches your desired consistency
10. Turn off flame. Corn soup recipe is ready serve hot.
Corn pakoda Recipe

Ingredients
1. 2 cup sweet corn
2. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3. 4 tsp gram flour
4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
5. 4 tablespoon rice flour
6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
7. Onion Chopped
8. Oil for deep frying
9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
11. Salt as required
12. 3 green chilies chopped
13. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all Boil sweet corn & after that grind it
2. Add ground sweet corn in mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste, gram flour,cumin seeds, rice flour, garam masala powder, onion, green chilies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt & coriander leaves mix well
3. Add some water & make mixture of pakoda
4. Take a frying pan put on flame for deep frying
5. When oil become hot add pakoda mixture with help of hand or spoon
6. Fry until it become golden brown remove it in a pepper towel
7. Corn pakoda is ready serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
Sweet Corn Pulao Recipe

Ingredients
1. 2 cup sweet corn
2. 4 tablespoon butter/ghee
3. 2 bay leaf
4. 1 star anise
5. 6 cloves
6. 2 inch cinnamon stick
7. 2 tsp black pepper powder
8. 4 green chilies
9. 2 tsp cumin seed
10. 2 onion (chopped)
11. 1 cup capsicum ( chopped)
12. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
13. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
14. Salt as required
15. 4 cup basmati rice
16. Water as required
17 .2 cup milk
18. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all wash basmati rice in running water than soak it for 1 hour under water
2. After that drain its water & keep aside
3. Take a pan put on flame add butter when butter become hot
4.add bay leaf, anise, cloves,cinnamon stick & cumin seeds saute it
5. Next add onion saute it until it become golden brown
6. Next add sweet corn mix well add capsicum & saute it when changes its color
7. Next add black pepper powder, green chili,ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, salt mix well
8. Now add soaked basmati. Mix it with out breaking rice
9. Add water and milk mix well when water absorbed & basmati rice cooked well turn off flame
10. Sweet corn pulao is ready serve with raita.
Corn Cheese Balls
Let’s start making corn cheese balls
Ingredients
1. 2 cup corn
2. 200 grams potato
3. 100 grams cheese
4. Oil for deep frying
5. Salt as required
6. 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
7. 1 tsp garlic paste
8. 1 tsp dried Oregano
9. 1 tsp dried basil
10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
Instructions
1. First of all take a pan put on flame add water to boil corn & potato
2. When they boil remove from water turn off flame
3. Let corn & potato boiled , mashed it with spoon
4. Add boiled corn, cheese, salt, all purpose flour, garlic paste,dried Oregano ,dried basil & black pepper powder mix well
5. When all mixed well add pepper powder mix well
6. Add oil for deep frying when oil become hot
7. Add cheese balls with help of spoon or make ball shape
8. Put it Carefully in hot oil when it become golden brown remove it in paper towel to remove extra oil
9. Corn cheese ball is ready serve with chutney or sauce.
