What is keema?
Keema is a very famous recipe in Pakistan and Indian cuisine. Keema is made with beef ,chicken, lamb & mutton minced meat. Keema word is come from Turkish word “kiyma” means minced meat. Keema is made by grounding meat or finely chopping meat.

Keema curry Recipe
Let’s start making keema recipe
Ingredients
1. 1 kgs minced meat (chicken, beef, mutton, or,lamb)
2. Salt as required
3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5. 2 tsp garam masala powder
6. 2 tsp ground coriander
7. 2 tsp cumin seeds
8. 2_4 green chilies chopped
9. 4 Tablespoon oil
10. 2 onion Chopped
11. 2 inch grated ginger
12. 4_6 garlic cloves minced
13. 4 tomatoes chopped
14. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all wash keema properly & keep aside
2. Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot add cumin seeds saute it
3. Add greated ginger & garlic cloves minced saute it again
4. Next add onion when onion become golden brown add chopped tomatoes mix well
5. When tomatoes become soft now add minced meat mix well
6. Now add green chillies, ground coriander, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt mix well
7. Mix until all ingredients mix well when oil separate from masala add water
8. Cover with lid, reduce flame to low, cook 8_15 minutes
9. When keema become soft & gray reaches your desired consistency add coriander leaves
8. When keema cooked well turn off flame
9. Keema curry is ready serve keema with roti or rice.
Keema Matar Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kgs minced meat (beef, chicken, mutton, lamb)
2. 2 cup green peas
3. Salt as required
4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
6. 2 tsp garam masala powder
7. 2 tsp coriander powder
8. 2 tsp cumin seeds
9. 4 Tablespoon oil
10. 2 onion Chopped
11. 4_6 garlic cloves minced
12. 2 inch grated ginger
13. 4 tomatoes chopped
14. 4 green chilies chopped
15. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all wash keema properly
2. Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot
3. Add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic saute it
4. Next add onion when onion change its color add tomatoes mix well
5. When tomatoes become soft add minced meat or keema mix well
6. Add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder & green chilies mix well
7. Add some water and cover lid after 5 minutes add matar again cover it
8. Cook 10-15 minutes add coriander leaves when all ingredients cooked well
9. Turn off flame matar keema is ready serve with Naan, rice, roti.
Aloo keema Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kgs minced meat( chicken, beef, mutton, lamb)
2. 500 grams potato (aloo)
3. Salt as required
4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
5.2 tsp garam masala powder
6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
8. 2 tsp cumin seeds
9. 2 tsp coriander powder
10. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
11. 2 onion Chopped
12. 2 tomatoes chopped
13. 4 green chilies chopped
14. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. First of all wash minced meat properly
2. Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot
3. Add cumin seeds saute it add onion when onion change its color
4. Add tomatoes when tomatoes become soft add minced meat & mix well
5. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste & green chilies mix well
6. Add some water & cover with lid after 5_6 minutes remove lid and add potatoes mix well
7. Add coriander leaves when all ingredients mixed well add some water and cook until potatoes become soft
8. When all ingredients cooked well turn off flame
9. Aloo keema is ready serve with Naan or rice.
Keema Biryani Recipe

Ingredients
1. 1 kgs minced meat ( chicken, beef, mutton, lamb)
2. 4 tablespoon oil
3. 4 tablespoon ghee or butter
4. Salt as required
5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
7. 2 tsp garam masala powder
8. 2 tsp coriander powder
9. 2 tsp cumin seed
10. 2_4 green chilies chopped
11. 2 onion Chopped
12. 4 tomatoes chopped
13. 2 inch grated ginger
14. 4_6 garlic cloves minced
15. Saffron strands soaked in warm milk
16. Fried onion for garnish
17. Coriander leaves as required
18. 4 cup Basmati rice
19. 2 Bay leaf
20. 4 Cardamom pods
21.4 cloves
22. 2 cinnamon stick
Instructions
1. First of all take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot
2. Add cumin seeds and grated ginger & garlic minced saute it well
3. Next add onion when onion change its color add tomatoes
4. When tomatoes become soft add minced meat to it & mix well
5. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & coriander powder mix well
6. Cover with lid add coriander leaves, when all ingredients cooked well turn off flame and keep aside
7. Now take basmati rice wash it in running water than soak it 1 hour
8.After that take a pot add water, add bay leaf, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick and cover with lid
9. When boil comes in water add salt & basmati rice cook it
10. When basmati rice cooked 80% drain its water & keep aside
11. Now take large pot first add cooked keema layer spread it in a pot base
12. Now add cooked basmati rice on top of keema layer
13. Add saffron soaked milk & ghee on top of basmati rice
14. Add fried onion on top of rice as garnish you can add coriander leaves and mint leaves also
15. Cover with lid put on low flame 15_20 minutes or until all ingredients cooked well
16. Turn off flame & Rest it 10 minutes keema Biryani is ready serve with raita or salad.
Keema sandwich
Let’s start making sandwich keema recipe
Ingredients
1. 2 cup cooked leftover keema ( minced meat)
2. 16 slices of bread
3. 2_4 green chilies chopped
4. 2 onion Chopped
5. 2 tomatoes chopped
6. 4 tablespoon butter
7. Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
1. Take a pan put on flame add keema & heat it, you can add little water
2. If it is too dry mix well until it heated well
3. Now we take 2 slices of bread add butter on each side of Bread slice
4. Take butter added one bread slice & add heated cooked keema
5. Next add chopped onion , tomatoes chopped green chillies, coriander leaves
6. Add 2nd butter layered bread slice on it
7. Make all sandwiches with same process
8. Take a sandwich maker, put sandwich in it
9. When sandwich become golden brown remove it from sandwich maker
10. Cut it in triangle shape keema sandwich is ready serve with chutney or sauce
Keema Dosa Recipe
Let’s start making keema dosa recipe
Ingredients
1. 1 kgs cooked keema ( as above process)
2. 2 cup urad dal
3. 4 cup rice
4. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
5. Salt as required
6. Water as required
Instructions
1. First of all wash urad dal and rice & fenugreek seeds in running water soak it in water 6_8 hours
2. After that drain its water & grind it by adding little water until it become smooth paste
3. Now add all mixture in a large bowl mix well & cover it keep it overnight
4. Add salt in dosa batter after that take a dosa pan put on flame
5. Take dosa batter with help of big full spoon
6. Add it in center of dosa pan & immediately spread it in circular motion
7. Add oil on the corners of dosa when dosa start cooking add cooked keema in half dosa (semi circle)
8. When dosa became golden brown remove it in a plate
9. Make all dosa with same process keema dosa is ready serve with any chutney you want.
