Kabab is a very famous dish that comes from central Asia middle east & South Asia.it is made with vegetables, seafood, or meat, Kabab is by marinating & then grilling on flame or oven or charcoal.

Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

Easy method of making Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

  • 4 Cup Spinach leaves (Chopped )
  • 2 Onion (Small chopped )
  • 4 Potatoes (Medium size ( Boiled and mashed )
  • 2 Cup Green peas (Boiled )
  • 4 Green chilies (Chopped )
  • 2 Inch Ginger (Grated )
  • 6_8 Garlic (Cloves )
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt (as required )
  • 4 Tablespoon Bread crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoon Corn flour ( Or Gram flour )
  • 1 Tspn Cumin
  • 1 Tspn Garam
  • 1 Tspn Chat masala powder
  • 1/2 Tspn Turmeric
  • 1 Tspn Red
  1. First of all take a large mixing bowl
  2. Add spinach leaves, onion,potatoes, ( Boiled and mashed) green peas ( Boiled) green chilies, grated ginger,minced garlic cloves, salt, bread crumbs, cornflour, or garm flour, cumin powder, garam masala powder,chat masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well.
  3. When all ingredients mixed well, make Kabab shape & keep aside.
  4. Now take a frying pan when oil become hot.
  5. Add Kabab in pan & fry both sides.
  6. When Kabab becomes golden brown remove in paper or kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Hara Bhara Kabab is ready.
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup, tamarind chutney or mint chutney.

Chicken Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

1ย  kgs chicken boneless ( cut small pieces).

1ย  Cupย  yogurt

4ย  Tablespoon oil

1ย  ย tsp garam masala powder

1ย  tsp red chilli powder

1/2ย  ย tsp turmeric powder

2ย  ย  tsp coriander powder

2ย  ย tsp cumin powder

4ย  ย tsp ginger garlic paste

4ย  ย  Tablespoon lemon juice

Coriander leaves ( for garnish)

Salt as required

Instructions

Take a big bowl add yogurt, oil, salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice & coriander leaves mix well.

After that wash chicken & add in a mixture bowl mix well until all ingredients mixed to chicken.

Rest it 2 hour or over night.

After that Preheat your oven or grill.

Now add marinated chicken in wooden skewers.

Next add skewers on grill or oven & cook it.

Cook all the sides when chicken cooked.

Remove it from skewers & Serve it.

Garnish with lemon & coriander leaves.

Chicken Kabab is ready serve with salad, rice, or Naan or bread.

Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

1ย  kgs ground beef or lamb

2ย  onion Chopped

4ย  Tablespoon oil ( for grilling)

2ย  Tablespoon lemon juice

1ย  ย tsp Garam masala powder

1/2ย  ย turmeric powder

2ย  ย Tspn Red chillies powder

2ย  ย tsp ground coriander

1ย  Tspn ground cumin

4ย  green chilies chopped

4ย  ย Tblspn ginger garlic paste

Coriander leaves Chopped

For garnish

Onion rings, lemon wedge, coriander leaves Chopped.

Ingredients

First of all take a large bigย  bowl

add ground lamb or beef,onion Chopped, salt as required, lemon juice, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, green chilies chopped, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves mix well.

When all ingredients mixed well.

Marinate it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Now Preheat oven or grill on medium high heat.

Add oil to palm to grease then take small amount of meat mixture & fold then onย  skewers, shape it in cylindrical Kabab.

Add oil on Kabab for grilling & place skewers on oven or grill.

Cook 10-12 minutes.

When Kabab Cook all sides & turn golden brown.

Then remove Kabab from skewers.

Seekh Kabab is ready garnish with onion rings lemon wedges & chopped Coriander.

Serve seekh Kabab with sauce, raita or chutney.

Tangdi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

8ย  inch drumsticks

1ย  Cup yogurt

3ย  Tablespoon Vegetables oil

1/2ย  tsp turmeric powder

2ย  tsp garam masala powder

2ย  tsp ground coriander

2ย  tsp ground cumin

2ย  Tblspn red chilli powder

3ย  ย Tablespoon lemon juice

3ย  ย  Tablespoon ginger garlic paste

Salt as required

Coriander leaves Chopped

For garnish

Onion rings for serving

Lemon wedge

Instructions

First take a large mixing bowl

add salt vegetables oil, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander ground, cumin ground, red chilli powder, lemon juice, yogurt and ginger garlic paste mix it well.

When all ingredients mixed well keep aside.

Take chicken drumsticks wash it properly.

Now make a deep cut on drumsticks.

Now add drumsticks in marinated mixture.

Mix well make sure all masala will coat to drumsticks.

Now keep this in refrigerator cover the lid.

Keep this 4_6 hour or you can keep overnight.

After that Preheat oven or grill.

If you are using oven then add parchment paper on it or if you are using grill then grease the grates with oil.

Now remove drumsticks from marinate & put it on grill or oven tray.

Cook it 20_25 minutes.

And also add left marinate mixture on chicken & again cook it.

When chicken turn golden brown then remove it from oven or grill add coriander leaves.

Garnish with ring onion & lemon wedge.

Tangdi Kabab is ready serve with roti,Naan or rice.

Ingredients

1ย  ย kgs ground chicken

2ย  ย medium size onion Chopped

4ย  ย Tablespoon oil ( for grilling)

Salt as required

2ย  ย Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2ย  ย tsp turmeric powder

1ย  ย tsp garam masala powder

2ย  tsp red chilli powder

2ย  ย tsp ground cumin seeds

2ย  ย  tsp ground coriander seeds

Coriander leaves Chopped

4ย  ย green chilies chopped

4ย  Tablespoon ginger garlic paste.

For garnish

Onion rings, lemon wedge, coriander leaves

Instructions

Take a large mixing bowl

add salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder,,ground cumin, ground coriander, green chilies chopped, onion, ginger garlic paste, ground chicken and coriander leaves mix well.

Mix well until all ingredients mixed well.

Now keep this mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour.

After 1 hour remove it from refrigerator.

Now Preheat the oven or grill.

Add oil for grilling.

Now add small portion of meat & fold it on skewers.

Make it cylindrical shape Kabab.

Cook 10-12 minutes or until Kabab turn golden brown.

When Kabab turn golden brown remove it from oven or grill.

Garnish with onionย  rings, lemon wedge and coriander leaves.

Chicken seekh Kabab is ready to serve.

Serve with sauce chutney or raita.

Reshmi Kabab Recipe or Resmi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

Oil or ghee ( as required)

Wooden skewers

Salt as required

2ย  tsp red chilli powder

1/2ย  turmeric powder

2ย  ย tsp garam masala powder

2ย  ย tsp ground cumin

2ย  ย tsp ground coriander

2ย  Tablespoon flour ( basan)

2ย  ย  Tablespoon lemon juice

3ย  ย Tablespoon butter or ghee ( melted)

4ย  ย Tablespoon ginger garlic paste

4ย  ย  Tablespoon cashewnut paste

1ย  ย kgs chicken ( boneless cut In small pieces)

1ย  ย cup thick yogurt

1/2ย  cup fresh cream

Coriander leaves

For garnish

Lemon wedge, onion rings.

Instructions

First of all take a large bowl

Add fresh cream cream, yogurt, cashewnut paste, ginger garlic paste, butter orย  ย ghee ( melted),lemon juice,garam flour, ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala powder,turmeric powder red chilli powder & salt mix well.

Stir continuously until all ingredients mixed well.

Now take a boneless chicken wash it properly.

Add washed chicken in marination mixture mix well.

Cover it & put this in refrigerator 4ย  to 6 hour.

Now Preheat oven or grill.

Take wooden skewers add chicken greese some oil or ghee & put in oven or grill.

Cook 20_25 minutes or until chicken turn golden brown.

Remove chicken from skewers, garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.

Chicken Reshmi Kabab is ready serve with sauce chutney or Naan.

Noon_ o _ Kabab

Noon_o_kabab is a traditional Persian dish that contain Noon means bread & Kabab means grilled meat.

Letโ€™s start making.

Ingredients

For noon ( bread)

Lavash or Flatbread

Ghee or butter (as required)

For Kabab ( grilled meat)

1ย  ย kg ground lamb or beef

2 medium size onion ( sliced)

4ย  garlic cloves minced

Salt as required

Black pepper powder as required

2ย  tsp ground cumin

2ย  tsp ground coriander

2ย  tsp ground sumac

2ย  tsp ground turmeric

Instructions

Take a large mixing bowl

add salt, pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground sumac, ground turmeric, garlic minced,onion (sliced) & ground meat mix well until all become mixture.

Now take a small amount of meat mix well until all become mixture.

Now take a small amount of meat make it cylindrical shape Kabab.

Now Preheat grill or oven.

Now grill Kababs 10-15 minutes or until Kabab turn golden brown.

Next take a flat bread add butter or ghee on it.

Take a pan when pan when pan become hot add flat bread cook both sides & remove from pan.

Now Flatbread & Kabab is ready.

Now take cooked Flatbread add Kabab in it you can also add yogurt, pickles and fresh herbs.

Now Roll the bread, Noon _o_kabab is ready to serve.

Chapli Kabab Recipe

Ingredients

1ย  kg minced lamb or beef meat

2ย  medium onion (chopped)

Oil ( for frying)

Salt as required

4ย  Tablespoon gram flour

2ย  egg

2ย  tsp garam masala powder

2ย  ย tsp cumin powder

2ย  ย tsp coriander powder

2ย  tsp red chilli powder

2ย  tsp ginger garlic paste

4ย  ย Tablespoon mint leaves Chopped

4ย  ย Tablespoon coriander leaves Chopped

4ย  green chilies chopped

Instructions

Take a mixing bowl add meat, onion, salt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies mix well.

Crackย  eggย  & put in mixture mix well.

Next add gram flour & mix well.

Greese oil with palm take small portion of meat mixture make ball and flat it ,make all kababs with same process.

Take frying pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot add kababs fry it both side.

When it become golden brown remove it.

Chapli kabab is ready.
