Chicken biryani is a very famous and flavorful dish that comes from Indian subcontinent. It made with chicken biryani, Basmati Rice or rice and other spices. Biryani is famous for its rich taste and fragrant aroma.
Chicken biryani made with mixture of ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, yogurt, lemon juice. The rice is separately boiled and then in a Big pan first we put chicken marinated on top we put boiled rice we can garnish with onions, mint leaves. Saffron..Than it cook on low flame. After sometime turn off flame.
Chicken biryani is served with raita ,salad.

Easy recipe of chicken biryani
- 4 Cup Basmati rice
- 1 Kg Chicken
- 2 Large Onion (Sliced)
- 2 Tblspn Tomatoes (Chopped )
- 4 Tablespoon Biryani
- 2 Tbsp Ginger
- 2 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp Red chilli powder (As per taste)
- 2 Tbsp Garam masala powder
- 1 Cup Fresh coriander leaves (Chopped )
- 1/2 Cup Mint leaves (Chopped )
- 8 Cup W
- 8 Tbsp Ghee or oil
- Salt (As per taste)
- 4 Green chilies
- 2 Cloves
- 4 Cardamom
- 1 Bay
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp Shahi jeera
- First wash basmati rice in a running water then soak it for 1 hour
- Take chicken wash it properly add ginger garlic paste add salt add red chilli powder add turmeric powder add garam masala powder add yogurt add lemon juice add coriander and mint leaves add 4 green chilies mix well marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Take onion cut in slices and deep fry it add rest oil on marinated chicken
- Now take a pan add water add cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom ,Shahi jeera,1 tsp oil, salt as required when boil comes add basmati rice cook 80% basmati rice.
- Now on marinated chicken add basmati rice on top of basmati rice add fried onions add some coriander and mint leaves and saffron water.
- Put on low flame after 10-15 minutes turn off flame.
- Rest it for 10 minutes chicken biryani is ready to serve

1 kgs chicken
4 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
4 green chilies
1 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Mint leaves
1/2 Cup coriander leaves
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 turmeric powder
2 tsp biryani masala
2 tsp garam masala powder
8 Cup Water
8 Tablespoon Ghee or oil
Salt to taste
For spices powder.
4 tsp fennel seeds
2 inch cinnamon stick
6 green cardamom
6 cloves
for garnish.
Fried onions
Chopped coriander leaves
instructions
1) wash basmati rice in a running water soak it for 1 hour
2) In a blender grind fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods & cloves make a fine powder.
3) Now take a large pot add ghee or oil turn on flame add onion until golden brown add ginger garlic paste green chilies saute it until raw smell disappear.
4) add tomatoes red chilli powder, turmeric powder biryani masala powder, salt mix well when tomato cooked well add chicken mix it saute it for a some time add yogurt after whisk stir well.
5) Add coriander leaves add mint leaves keep some for garnishing.
6) Now add soaked basmati rice add water and cook.
7) cook rice 80% ,when rice cooked 80% keep flame on low add some Ghee on top add grinded spice powder on rice cover it and cook for 10_15 minutes.
8) Turn off flame and keep biryani on rest.
9) Garnish with fresh Chopped coriander leaves & fried onions.

Mirchi ka salan:
Mirchi ka salan is a very famous side dish of chicken biryani let’s start making
Ingredients:
15-20 long green chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp mustard seeds
3 medium size onion chopped
4 tablespoon oil
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
12_15 curry leaves
Salt(as required)
2 cup tamarind pulp
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Instructions:
First wash green chillies and make a slit,remove seeds and keep aside.
Take a pan add oil turn on flame when oil become hot,add cumin seeds,mustard seeds saute it.
Add chopped onion mix it when onion color changes add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste saute it.
Next add turmeric powder ,add red chilli powder,salt,add coriander powder,cumin powder mix well add some water cook it by covering lid.
Now take a bowl add salt,red chilli powder,add cumin powder,add coriander powder mix well and add this in slit green chillies.
Now add green chillies in pan cook 3-4 min,now add tamarind pulp mix well and again cook 10-15 minute on low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Turn off flame.Mirchi ka salan is ready.
Raita recipe
Ingredients
2 Cup yogurt ( plain)
1 Cup onion chopped
1 Cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup cucumber chopped
2 Tablespoon coriander leaves
2 Tablespoon mint leaves
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
Salt as required
Water as required
Instructions
First of all take a large bowl add yogurt & whisk it until it become soft & creamy.
Then add onion Chopped, tomatoes chopped, cucumber chopped mix well.
Next add salt & roasted cumin powder mix well.
Then add mint leaves & coriander leaves.
If you want thick Raita then refregerate it 30 minutes.
You can adjust quantity or Thickness by adding water.
Serve Raita with chicken biryani.
Mint chutney Recipe
Let’s start making mint chutney
Ingredients
2 Cup Mint leaves
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp greated ginger
1 small onion Chopped
2_3 green chilies
Salt as required
Water as required
Coriander leaves
Instructions
Take a mixing jar add ginger, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
If need add water to grinder.
Transfer the ground chutney to bowl add salt and lemon juice ( you can add it while grinding) also.
Serve mint chutney with chicken biryani.
