Samosa chaat Recipe/Crispy Chicken Samosa Easy And Quick Recipe1

What is samosa?

Samosa is a very famous Snack in India, now it is  famous in all over the world. It  is a deep fried & crispy Snack filled with potato mixture, paneer mixture or minced meat mixture, onion mixture and many more varieties. The samosa dough is made with all purpose flour and ghee. Samosa are made mostly in triangle shape. You can serve samosa with chutney or sauce.

Let’s start making Samosa Recipe

Ingredients 

To make dough:

1. 4 cup all purpose flour

2. 1  tsp salt

3. 1/2 cup ghee or butter

4. Water as required

To make filling:

1. 5 large potatoes (Boiled and mashed)

2. 1 cup green peas

3. 2 onion Chopped

4. 4 green chilies chopped

5. 2 tsp cumin seeds

6. 2 tsp greated ginger

7. 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

8. 2 tsp cumin powder

9. 1 tsp turmeric powder

10. 2 tsp coriander powder

11. 1 tsp Garam masala powder

12. Coriander leaves as required

13. Salt as required

14. Vegetable oil for deep frying

Instructions 

1. First we make dough for this take a mixing bowl

2. Add all purpose flour & ghee mix well

3. Add salt and saute mix until it become a soft dough Rest it for 1 hour

4. Take a pan put on flame add vegetables oil when oil become hot

5. Add cumin seeds, grated ginger saute it

6. Next add onion saute it when onion changes its color

7. Add green chilies, green peas & mashed potatoes mix well

8. Next add salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder & coriander leaves mix well

9. When all ingredients mix well turn off flame

10. After 1 hour take dough make dough balls

11. Next Roll it in circular shape cut it with knife form center to make semi circle

12. Now add potato mixture in semi circle

13. Add water at edges of samosa fold in Triangle shape

14. Make all samosa with same process

15. Take a frying pan put on flame add oil for deep frying

16. When samosa become golden brown

17. Remove it in a kitchen towel to remove extra oil

18. Samosa is ready serve with chutney or sauce

Samosa chaat Recipe

Ingredients 

1. 8_10 samosa ( Recipe of samosa on above)

2. 1 cup onion chopped

3. 1 cup tomatoes chopped

4. 2 cup Boiled chickpeas

5. 1/2 cup coriander leaves

6. Salt as required

7. Cumin powder roasted as required

8. 2 tsp Red chilli powder

9. 2 tsp chaat masala powder

10. 1/2 cup tamarind sweet chutney

11. 1/2 cup green chutney

12. Sev ( for garnish)

13. 1 cup yogurt

14. Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

1. First  we  make  chutney if you want to buy from store you can

If you want homemade then you try this

Sweet tamarind chutney: this chutney is made with jaggery or sugar, tamarind pulp & spices or you can buy chutney from store.

Green chutney: Take a blender jar add salt, lemon juice, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves & coriander leaves and blend it smooth paste green chutney is ready or you can buy form store.

2 . First of all take samosa fry it to make it crispy

3. Take serving plate add samosa ( fried samosa) on it

4. Crush the samosa & small pieces

5. Next add boiled chickpeas, tomatoes & onions Chopped

6. Next add green chutney & tamarind chutney on top

7. Next add yogurt on top of chaat

8. Add salt, red chilli powder, Roasted cumin powder, chaat masala on it as par your taste

9. You can serve lemon wedge with chaat

10. Samosa chaat is ready.

Chicken samosa Recipe

Let’s start making Chicken samosa Recipe in a easy way

Ingredients 

To make dough:

1. 4 cup all purpose flour

2. 1/2  cup butter or ghee

3. 1 tsp salt

4. Water as required

To make filling.

1. 1 kgs chicken ( minced)

2. Onion Chopped

3. 4 green chilies chopped

4. 2 tsp cumin seeds

5. 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

6. 2  tsp greated ginger

7. Salt as required

8. 1 tsp garam masala powder

9. 2 tsp coriander powder

10. 1 tsp turmeric powder

11. 2 tsp cumin powder

12. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

13. Coriander leaves as required

14. Vegetable oil for deep frying

Ingredients 

1. First of all take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour and ghee mix well

2. Next add salt and water to make a soft dough keep aside for 20_30 minutes

3. Take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot add cumin seeds, grated ginger saute it

4.  Next add onion when onion change its color

5. Add chicken ( washed) ,green chilies mix well 2_3 minutes

6. Next add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, & salt mix well

7. Cook 5_6 minute or until chicken become soft

8. Add coriander leaves & turn off flame and keep aside to become cool

9. After that take  dough and make ball Roll it in a circular shape

10. Cut with knife form center to make semi circle

11. Now  add cooked chicken in  semi circle

12 . Fold it in triangle shape add water at edges of samosa to seal it perfectly

13.  Add it in edges to seal it make all samosa with same process

14. Take a pan put on flame add oil for deep frying when oil become hot

15. Add samosa fry it both side when it become golden brown remove it in paper towel to remove extra oil

16. Chicken samosa is ready serve with sauce or  chutney.

Vegetables samosa Recipe

Let’s start making vegetables samosa Recipe

Ingredients 

To make dough

1. 4 cup  all purpose flour

2. 1 tsp salt

3. 1/2 cup ghee or butter

4. 1/2 tsp ajwain

5. Water as required

To make filling

1. 2 onion Chopped

2. 1 cup green beans chopped

3. 1 cup carrot chopped

4. 2 cup green peas

5. 4 potatoes ( Boiled)

6. 2 inch grated ginger

7. 4 garlic cloves ( minced)

8. 4 green chilies chopped

9. 2 tsp cumin seed

10. Salt as required

11. 4 tablespoon oil

12. 1 tsp red chilli powder

13. 1 tsp garam masala powder

14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

15. 2 tsp ground coriander

16. Coriander leaves as required

Instructions

10. Roll in circular shape cut it in center to make semi circle

11.add vegetable mixture in semi circle add water at edges of samosa

12. Fold it in triangle shape make all with same process

13. Take a frying pan put on flame add oil for deep frying when oil become hot

14. Add vegetable samosa fry it both side when it become golden brown remove it plate

15. Vegetable samosa is ready serve with chutney or sauce.
