What is poori?
Poori is very famous Indian recipe that recipe usually eat as breakfast recipe, you can serve poori with gravies & curries. Poori is made with wheat flour or all purpose flour, if you want healthy poori than you can make it with wheat flour.
Poori masala Recipe
Let’s start making famous Poori masala recipe
Ingredients
To make poori
4 Cup wheat flour
1 tsp salt
Water as required
To make masala ( potato curry)
8 medium potatoes (Boiled peeled)
salt as required
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger garlic powder
3 green chilies chopped
2 onion Chopped
4 Tablespoon oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp mustard seeds
Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
First take a mixing bowl add salt and wheat flour mix well.
Now add water and make a soft dough.
Rest it for 20_30 minutes.
Now we make potato curry masala.
For this take a pan put on flame add oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute it.
Add onion and green chilies again saute it.
Now add boiled and green chilies again saute it.
Add onion and green chilies again saute it.
Now add boiled potatoes.
Add ginger garlic powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder & salt mix well.
Now add coriander leaves cook it.
After 5_8 minutes when all ingredients mixed & cooked well turn off flame.
After resting time take dough
Make lemon size dough balls.
Roll it Take a frying pan add oil for deep frying.
Add puri in pan when oil become hot.
Fry both side when poori become golden brown remove it.
In a pepper towel to remove excess oil, poori is ready.
Serve poori with potato masala curry.
Chola poori Recipe
Let’s start making chola recipe in a easy way
Ingredients
2 Cup chickpeas ( chola)
4 Cup all purpose flour
2 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
Water as required
Oil for frying
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
Coriander leaves
Instructions
First take a bowl add chickpeas add water & soak it minimum 6_8 hours or overnight you can soak.
After that drain its water & keep aside.
Take a cooker add shaker chickpeas add water cover lid and cook 10-15 minutes or until chickpeas become soft.
Now take a bowl add all purpose flour Salt,ajwain mix well.
Rest it for 20_25 minutes.
Now mash the chickpeas add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well.
Now take dough make lemon size dough balls.
Now Roll the ball & at the center of rolled dough add chola mixture.
Now bring together all corners of poori.
Seal the dough and rolled.
Make ball & flat the ball.
Again roll it.
Carefully roll it because filling may come out.
Take a frying pan add oil for deep frying.
When oil become hot add rolled poori stuffed chola
Cook both side when poori become golden brown both sides remove extra oil
Chola poori is ready you can serve chola poori with any curry or yogurt.
Poori Bhaji Recipe
Let’s start making poori bhaji recipe
Ingredients
8 medium potatoes ( Boiled & mashed)
4 Tablespoon oil
2 tsp cumin seed
2 tsp mustard seeds
Salt as required
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chilies chopped
2 medium size onion Chopped
Coriander leaves as required
Instructions
First we make bhaji means( potato curry ) for this take a pan put on flame add oil when oil become hot.
Add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute it.
Now add onion & green chilies again saute it.
When onion changes its color add ginger garlic paste.
After sometime add mashed potatoes add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder mix well.
Add coriander leaves & cook 8_10 minutes.
When all ingredients cooked well turn off flame.
Bhaji is ready now we make poori.

Than remove it in a pepper towel to remove extra oil.
Poori is ready serve poori with bhaji.
Masala poori

Ingredients
4 Cup wheat flour
1 Cup onion chopped
Oil for deep frying
Water as required
Salt as required
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin seed
4 tsp green chilies chopped
Coriander leaves Chopped
Instructions
First of all take mixing bowl add wheat flour, onion, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves mix well.
Add water & knead the dough rest it for 20_25 minutes.
After resting time take dough Make lemon size balls.
Roll it 3_4 inch diameter
Take a frying pan add oil when oil become hot
Add rolled dough poori and fry it both side.
When poori become golden brown.
Remove it on paper towel to remove extra oil
Masala poori is ready serve with any curry.
Pani puri Recipe
Pani poori is very famous street food, Pani poori is liked by all age groups. In Pani poori, poori is filled with spicy tamarind chutney, mint coriander water & mixture of chickpeas add potatoes mixture pani poori is also known as golgappa or puchka .let’s start making Pani poori in a simple way.
Ingredients
To make poori
2 Cup rave or suji
1/2 Cup all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for deep frying
To make spicy water for poori
8 cup water
1 tsp salt as required
1 black salt
2 tsp chat masala powder
2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
2 tsp tamarind paste
2 inch ginger
4 green chilies
2 Cup coriander leaves
2 Cup Mint leaves
To make filling
Sev ( thin spicy)
Tamarind chutney
Salt as required
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1 Cup boiled chickpeas
4 medium potatoes ( Boiled & mashed)
Instructions
First we make poori for this take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, semolina & salt mix well.
Now add water and make smooth dough.
Rest it for 20_30 minutes.
After resting time take dough Make balls.
Take one ball roll it Take glass put on rolled dough press it & make glass shape round poori.
Make poori with same process.
Now take a frying pan add oil for deep frying when oil become hot
Fry pooris. Poori is ready.
Now we make Pani for this take grinder jar add coriander leaves, mint leaves, black salt, chat masala powder, Roasted cumin powder, tamarind paste, ginger, green chilies make a fine paste.
Add fine paste in bowl add water mix well.
You can add spices & water as par your preferences. Pani is ready.
Now we make filling take a bowl add Boiled chickpeas mashed potatoes, Roasted cumin powder, chat masala & salt mix well.
Filling is ready.
Take a poori Crack it or make a small hole add filling add spicy water (pani) you add chutney also.
Add pani poori in serving plate
You can garnish with chat masala, cumin powder ( Roasted) & sev.

Ingredients
30_35 small poori ( home made dough)
1 Cup Boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 Cup onion chopped
1 Cup moong beans ( sprouted)
2 tsp chat masala powder
Salt as required
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Mint chutney
Tamarind chutney
2 Cup yogurt ( whipped)
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves, sev
Instructions
Take a bowl add chopped onion, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, Moonglow beans(sprouted),mashed potatoes mix well.
Take a poori make small hole add potato filling in it
Add filled pooris in plate
Add mint chutney, tamarind chutney & yogurt on pooris
Add sev & coriander leaves on top of yogurt.
Dhai poori is ready.
Bedmi poori Recipe
Ingredients
To make dough
4 Cup wheat flour
1 Cup rave
1 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
Water as required
1 tsp salt
To make filling
Salt as required
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
4 green chilies chopped
2 Cup split black lentils (urad dal)
Oil for frying
Instructions
First we make filling for this take urad dal wash it then 4_6 hour soak it.
After that drain water & grind it
Transfer ground dal in bowl add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, grated ginger & green chilies mix well.
Our filling is ready, now we make poori for this take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rave,carom seeds, salt mix well.
Add water and make dough.
Rest it for 20_30 minutes.
After that take lemon size balls roll it add ( urad dal filling) in center of rolled dough.
Bring together all edges seal dough
Make ball & flat it. Roll it.
Take a frying pan add oil for deep frying when oil become hot add rolled poori.
Fry both side when poori turn golden brown remove it in a pepper towel to remove extra oil.
Bedmi poori is ready.
